You generally choose your clothes depending on the color and the material; however have you ever thought clothes depending on the print method?

Most t-shirts sold in the market are screen printed, plus it gives a professional and long lasting printing. Since it is the people’s choice it might interest you to know that it is the cheapest print method used in the market.

  • Digital Printing: The first thing you should know about digital printing is that it is done directly on the cloth (DTG- Direct to Garment). This however is a great way of producing low volume customized garments with some really complex colors and combinations, but obviously the quickest of all print methods known and is capable of printing some really complex and colorful designs without a large setup. It is one of the really expensive methods known but then again it is all up to you to choose the one that best suits you.

  • Vinyl Cut Printing: The lesser known yet one of the finest methods of printing is Vinyl Cut Printing, where a plotter cuts out letters or numbers and they are heat applied to the garment. This is method is used best when you are planning to get some logos printed on your t-shirts of other garments of your choice. However this is best to produce individual names and numbers.

  • Color Copier Transfer: This method is implemented in a manner to get the image printed using a color copier onto special paper and then heat applied to the garment. This again is an ideal method to get photographs printed.
